UK tax compliance and Advisory Services: Preparation of tax computations and returns as well as advising on business setups and restructures. I'm a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 12 years experience specialising in personal and corporation tax. I've worked with large FTSE listed businesses, large partnerships, as well as start-up businesses. Over 8 years of my career have been spent within the "Big 4" which has enabled me to work with some of the largest businesses in the world, and I being that expertise to you. I think it's really important to partner with my clients and work with them to identify business opportunities and reduce their risk to changes in tax legislation. It's important to start your business in the right way. I've helped clients in deciding whether to operate as a company or self-employed and then helped them get started in their journey. As well as assisting SME's I've advised large businesses with the tax implications of group restructuring as well as their core tax compliance needs (corporation tax, VAT and PAYE). I've completed tax audits of some of the UK's largest businesses in a variety of sectors: banking, insurance, IT, manufacturing to name a few. A highlight of my work is building a strong understanding of the clients I work with and focusing not only on their tax needs but also their general businesses and personal goals.
