Karthik Rao is a business and management consultant passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential. Currently, he is Chief Executive Consultant at Kognosance Management Consulting, a social enterprise in business and management consulting incorporated in India. Karthik specializes in strategy with special interest in sustainability and organizational behavior and focuses on financial services and outsourcing industries. He has also worked with the Chamber of Commerce and Industries in Pau, France on enhancing bilateral business between India and Europe in general and particularly Aquitaine region in the south of France. Karthik was previously a Senior Associate, Project Management at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for internal management consulting to senior leadership, and also provided strategy implementation support for global projects. He holds an MBA in strategy and sustainability from Stockholm University, Sweden, and a Bachelors degree in Management specializing in Finance from Bangalore University, India.
