Graham is a Director in the Webber Wentzel Tax Practice and a qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with an HDip Tax. Graham specialises in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, fund formation and cross border mergers and acquisitions. Over the last few years Graham has advised numerous South African and foreign corporate entities and private equity funds on both public and private transactions as well as other tax matters. Prior to joining Webber Wentzel Graham was a member of the Deloitte Mergers & Acquisitions tax team, having been with Deloitte in financial institutions audit and subsequently the mergers and acquisitions tax team for six years. Subsequent to leaving Deloitte, Graham has been at Webber Wentzel and a senior member of the Corporate Tax Practice for six years. Graham was recently listed in the 2014 "Expert Guide - The worlds finest tax advisers as chosen by their peers" published by the Legal Media Group Euromoney.
