I currenly have 48 years of experience in many areas of consulting, education, research and business development and entrepreneurship in IT-related areas. I have provided complex project creation and management to several Top Fortune and Exame companies in Latin America (Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica), USA, Canada, Germany and Portugal in diverse areas such as university-based distance education/e-learning, electronic publishing, Internet and Web applications, Artificial Intelligence and decision support systems, healthcare and biomedical informatics, telemedicine and telehealth, satellite communications for supporting remote educational and healthcare services, software planning, development and testing, and many others.
