Developing an enduring digital strategy requires fortitude and purpose in a landscape that is so dynamic and fast to change. To manage this uncertainty, my approach focuses on evaluating an organizations entire digital ecosystem and how that satisfies all points in a customer’s journey. The objective of my approach is to find the most impactful digital tactics to advance marketing performance and avoid wasted investments. The magic of my approach happens after taking a broad series of data points from research and analysis activities, mapping that to an actionable strategy, and then bringing that story in to the boardroom.
